"The room was a good size we were on the 12th floor so you could see for miles . We actually left the curtains open at night as it was nice to look out They served a good breakfast with more than enough food for anyone and it was included. It was very close to the Itami Osaka airport and they offered a free shuttle. Easy to stay here if you have a flight next day to avoid trains etc all in one day then a flight all on same day Also a cute little Ramen place with great food close to Hotel"

"Bring your own adaptor for usb devices as no usb sockets in my room. Hotel is well connected to bus / train and taxi services. Sadly the lift on floor 8 is so noisy. It goes up and down very often so sleep is disturbed so I bought earplugs which cured the issue It has great washing machines and dryers which I used a lot. Reception staff very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. I will use hotel again next year as it's very nice."

"Amazing stay and easy communication via Hotels.com booking site! We got dropped off at the wrong location by our taxi and ended up pushing our giant tourist suitcases up the hill! We were greeted by cheery staff who had come down to find and help us! Not only that but as soon as we came in we were assisted right away in cooling down and our stuff was taken right to our room. Our entire stay was so wonderful in a large part due to the kindness of the staff. The rooms, bath, and meals were top tier. We almost cried from gratitude on the way out! Please be encouraged to stay!"
