"beach was excellent"

"The hotel staff was amazing! The hotel has potential but we had a couple incidents - Water was locked off twice - We called and it was rectified in a couple of minutes tho. In using the pool we asked for additional towel - We were told by the manager that there are NO extra towels. He eventually said he went to another room and got us 2 towels. We requested housekeeping on the second day of our stay - they forgot and it had to be put off to the next day. The hotel is surrounded by mangrove so...

"I booked a room for my mom at the Bacolet Beach resort as an early Christmas gift. From the moment I saw the pictures of the room she was assigned I was terribly disappointed almost to the point of writing the hotel to assign her a different room. "I wouldn’t call this hotel. It’s closer to a hostel. I reserved the hotel for two nights, but it was so bad. I left after one night even though I paid for two."

"Great location and good hotel"

"Friendly staff and great tasting breakfast!!"

"The restaurant service staff and the food was great. Beautiful property and the room was well maintained."

"This place was super isolated and very nice! Quiet and worth the money"

"Excellent all around. Lovely staff and view."

"Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff, well there’s not a front desk but when called for assistance it was given pleasantly. Pool was clean, the game room was out of order the day I was gonna use it with my family so that sucked. But overall was a nice stay"

"The room was hot when we arrive, the host moved us to another room, and the AC was working much better. The Pool is lovely but you can not eat or drink around the pool. $30.00 per day for a towel for the pool or beach. If you use the room towel at the pool you will be charged. Kitchen utensils was limited, no Frying pan or bread toaster. The staff was friendly and the facilities was clean."
