"Loved my stay here! Although I traveled solo, there is sufficient room for a large family/group. The view of the fjord is extraordinary, and I found myself sitting and watching the beautiful wildlife for hours. The adjustable LED lighting in the kitchen/living room area is a very nice touch, and there are separate indirect heating thermostats to control different parts of the home. The houseboat is situated in a perfect location for driving out of Esturoy and visiting places like Gjógv, Slættaratindur, or many other places of interset for visitors. While nice and secluded, the nearest grocery or Rusan's is only ~16-20 minutes away."

"On the day I checked in, there were a few issues—the hairdryer was broken, the lights didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi was down. However, after I contacted the host, everything was fixed by the next day. The room was smaller than I expected, but the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and even seasonings, so I didn’t need to buy anything. Just make sure to bring your own cooking oil! There were cafés and a beach nearby, and the views were beautiful. The drive to get there was fun, and I even got to hike to a waterfall close by."
