"The check in process was not ideal. I was contacted a few days before check in by staff to ensure they would be able to contact me in case there was no staff on site when we arrived. I explained that we were able to use Whats App becasue we were from out of country. We connected through Whats App and I thought everything was set as we were told they would send self check in instructions via Whats App the day of our arrival. We did not receive any instructions. "Ideal location, a short walk to the metro stop and tram. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, felt like being a local. Check in was smooth with great instructions, apartment was pretty clean with lots of useful amenities between the room and the common area. We struggled with the hot water in the shower, it took about 20mins to warm up so ended up with a few cold showers.
