" I didn't realise when I booked the hotel was on the motorway services. However we were able to use the service road to access in and out of the services without going on the M25. Room was clean everything you needed.
The lady on reception was so helpful told us where to find local places to eat and even gave me the fan from reception for my room as it was so hot.
It's not a luxury hotel but the service was fantastic and the room comfortable would definitely book again."
"Lovely 3 night stay, when we arrived our room wasnt quite ready so they offered us a free drink, we were told that they would not be doing evening meal on the day we arrived we asked if they could recommend anywhere they booked us a table at Botley Farmhouse and organised a taxi to take us and the staff at Botley Farmhouse sorted taxi to get back the meal was lovely would highly recommend, Breakfast was lovely full english all locally sourced. "Our stay was good. We werer late (10.30pm) Check-in was quick & easy. Room very good. Room facilities e,g, Coffee remote tv plug in for recharging phones clean Shower need a boost (no pressure). All in all a GOOD EXPERIENCE normally use Premier but would DEFFINITELY us OYO again.

"Have stayed the hotel many times for its extreme convenience across the street from the North Terminal at Gatwick. Always a clean room and helpful staff with check in. We ate at the restaurant. fairly price lots of choices the curry was delicious. Great wait staff compliments to the management. Ill be back again thank you. "
"The staff were wonderful, from check in to check out. I was particularly impressed by the amenities in the room--iron and ironing board, especially. The food for breakfast was vintage English breakfast! It was delicious. There was a slight delay in replenishing some of the food. Nevertheless, breakfast was still great."
