"Pretty awesome stuff, contactless Check In on the Phone, easy to follow instructions and a Room with an awesome view West across the Airport; just caught Sunset before heading down to the Spoons for a Cheap Pint to kick off the Trip.. Would 100% recommend, and will definitely stay here again when the occasion arises etc."

"The reception staff are great. The location being in Gatwick is terrific of course, convenient for the airport and trains. The amenities are clean and comfortable however dinner service let the hotel down. No shortage of staff it seemed but totally disorganised the night we were there. Guests were asking for menus, following up on drinks, food and dinners. My husband finally received a dessert he was waiting for only to have another brought to the room long after we left the dining room. It seemed like disorganised chaos. The hotel if they rectify training and ensure some procedures in place in the dining room will nail it."

"We recently stayed at Hilton London Gatwick Airport, and to be honest, my overall experience was quite disappointing. Before heading out, we called reception and asked if our room could be refreshed and the towels replaced. It seemed like a simple request, but when we came back later, nothing had been done. The towels were still the same, the bedding hadn’t been changed, and the room hadn’t been cleaned at all—even the trash was still there. It was frustrating, especially after taking the time to call and request it."
