The customer service was not great. The man at the front desk was rude and gave the impression that he didn’t want to be there when I was asking questions. The overall cleanliness was also disappointing—the carpets were old, stained, and dirty. The towels provided were worn and old.
Additionally, the television in our room was not working properly. The remote control wouldn’t function correctly, and when I informed the staff, they immediately said it did work. I called again to follow up, and they sent someone to check it. He told us they would have a new remote by the next day, which never happened. In the meantime, we were told to turn the TV off using the button on the back.
This is clearly poor customer service, especially if they are unable to replace something as simple as a remote control. While the fee is not the highest, it’s also not cheap. It may be the more affordable option, but paying a bit more elsewhere would likely be well worth it.
