"If you're looking for the coziest hotel, this hotel is the ONE! The hotel and the rooms were INCREDIBLE. They were very clean and in very good condition. The staff were so friendly and useful, especially the receptionist and the cleaning lady. Everything was within walkable distance, shops, food, attractions, which made our stay so much easier and fun. The only thing letting it down ever so slightly was the breakfast, which didn't have much variety but nevertheless, still nice. "

"Awesome place to stay. I want to thank the Housekeeper especially on the fourth floor as she found my shirt after I checked out and was able to return to pick it up ( It was my favorite shirt). "With my great pleasure to not hesitate rebooking here for next trip, if I have chance visiting Istanbul. It is my first prior choice since all wonderful hospitality, great staff, and very nice owner. Very helpful, lot of information you need to know when you go around by the hotel and owner. Perfect choice with prime location, just 5-10 mins walking or get in the Tram, which is very easy to travel around. Thank you very much for sweet hotel like my sweet home ;)"

"We had 2 separate rooms on same floor for a family of 4. This hotel was fun and quirky with all its artistic additions and decor. Breakfast was plenty with lots of selection. Turkey is full of smoking and this hotel had a scent of it coming from the foyer or front door where the front staff of all the hotels would gather to smoke. That would be my only complaint of the location but it was everywhere so we got used to it I think. The room was warm for us and couldn’t figure out how to use the AC...
