The housekeeping service at this hotel is absolutely exceptional. She truly goes far and beyond to keep the room perfectly organized, fresh, and spotless. I have honestly never experienced such a wonderful housekeeping service anywhere else. The entire staff is very, very, very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. During my stay, it was my birthday, and they went out of their way to help my mom buy a cake for me along with fresh fruits, which meant so much to us. My family and I had a wonderful, wonderful time at this hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place 100% and would absolutely stay here again.

The room was very clean. Staff tried to tell us tours immediately upon check-in and were upset that we had already booked tours. Not super helpful with directions or other things.

This is a really cute hotel. The deco is very unique and makes the stay more appealing. The hotel was clean, quiet and well presented. The housekeeping made the beds every day and supplied fresh towels and water. It is a 10 minute walk from the main Sultenahmet square. Breakfast was vast and staff were attentive. Would stay again and would recommend.
