"Glashaus disappoints because of its location and overall setup. It doesn't "feel" like a hotel, it feels like an office. The map app will give you a notice that you have arrived and you are literally next to a running trolley with no ability to stop. We parked in a paid lot and had to walk across the trolley to find the entrance to the hotel which was around the corner. The rooms are clean and well presented, although the view was of the carpark and there are some maintenance issues like the slow draining sink which needs looking into. The reception staff were pleasant but didn’t give us any further information other than our room number.
