A special thank you to the incredibly friendly and helpful lady at the reception (unfortunately, I missed your name). I had accidentally booked a single room instead of one for two adults and one child, and she handled my mistake in such a calm, kind, and uncomplicated way that a potentially stressful situation became completely easy. No on site reception staff - must read email with instructions for main door and room door entry codes and front and rear parking locations. Helpful cleaning staff available in the mornings."

"Don't justify the price. The two entrance rooms are the staging for the photos, the rest of the hotel is good, not fabulous. The price is for a high standard. Breakfast is cooked at the moment but really grease. "

"We had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was very comfortable. Unfortunately the pans in the kitchen were very damaged, so we opted not to use them. A shame since we booked an apartment to be able to cook. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a very big issue."
