OK but not to repeat!

The hotel is actually a renovation of a hotel whose prime was during the 1980's. The room design and the swimming pool stayed the same. The hotel was packed and the pool area was too small for accomodating all people. In addition it was dirty and full of flies. The room was small and basic. If you wanted to drink something you had to get out of the room and for some reason the hotel agreed to serve only watered down juice for breakfast instead of serving other soft drinks from machines that were actually there as it was the same dining room for dinner and supper. The food was good though most of it processed and from exactly what you buy in the supermarket. However, anyone could find something to eat and even enjoy it. I also liked the fact that the dining area was divided into two parts and in both you could find stands with the food so that it won't be crowded. The lifts are a big issue. Two of them did not work on the first day. And even when the four of them worked it was very crowded and took quite a bit of time to wait for them. The room are not sound proof and I could hear everything that happened in the corridor - slammed doors, people shouting - fun and relaxing indeed. I paid the same for a hotel in Turkey and got ten times more. Israel is the last place you should take an all inclusive vacation.

I've stayed in all-inclusive hotels many times; the experience of this one was below average across the board. EXCEPT for the extraordinary kindness and service of staffers Annat and Shimon. Arrival was enough to make us think about leaving, the front desk was beyond crowded, people yelling, children running all over, pieces of luggage everywhere... Thankfully Annat found us and took us to an office where Shimon checked us in. ALWAYS go to this hotel with previous online reservations through apps and preferably having paid online. The facilities are not new, it looks like a 70s style hotel; cleanliness is acceptable but lacking in the details, dusty corners, dirty windows behind the drapes in common areas, toilets not perfectly clean everyday, a vacuum cleaner was left in front of my room and stayed there for over 24 hours. The TV is small and has few channels, most of them in Hebrew and Russian, just a couple in English. I relly thought the lack of a welcome and information brochure was terrible. You come and don't know the times for the pools or the meals or what is in every floor or what channels are available on the TV. This is the first time I come to a hotel that has no information brochure in the room. Parking is a problem, no parking lot and only paid parking around, mostly on the street. They really need a valet parking service and to include parking fees in the cost, as is it becomes an annoyance. Food was very good, abundant and delicious. Pricey and just OK

I booked a couple's vacation from the site. I was very disappointed with the service of the representatives and in particular of the site. The website listed a price including all taxes, when I arrived at the hotel I was told otherwise. I added taxes another 455 NIS. I was really disappointed. No more ordering from this site and will not recommend to the wide audience of customers and friends I have.
