The staff was above and beyond wonderful. The breakfast and dinner are both fantastic. I have been to other places in Tiberius, and this was far and away the best. Highly recommended!

Lovely view of the lake from a standard room. Pool was great, also with lake view. Free indoor parking. Food was good standard with go
wide choice of options. Bar prices were very reasonable for Israel. Only disappointment was not being allowed to sit by a lake view window for breakfast. Would I stay again? Absolutely!
Excellent hotel. The stuff were very nice and welcoming. Great rooms, big and clean. Great view. Very good food. Highly recommended

Having the option to have supper at the hotel was great. Didn’t have to find another restaurant each night. It was easy to get around all over area. Good hotel over all
Retro hotel that could use a little TLC. We enjoyed our stay on the shore of the Galilee at this hotel, and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a plus- it was an enormous buffet of all sorts of regional delights. Thanks again!
This Hotel is very dated, has not been refurbished in about 40 years.
Staff are young polite and enthusiastic.
Food buffet is phenomenal. Large variety of choice and the quality of the food is outstanding.
Half board is great value for money.
If the hotel was modernised, I would rate it excellent.

Good hotel with good buffet!
Well organised hotel in the Ironman race weekend. Buffet breakfast and dinner were very good. Public parking in front of the hotel requires tickets and we were not aware of it. Most of the guests' cars received parking tickets which was not great!
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The lobby area and entrance is gorgeous and the parking on site is convenient. However, the rooms were outdated, tired and not very clean. I had a “lake view room” and I could really only see the Sea of Galilee if I was hanging over the balcony. The bar service staff were abrupt and impolite, as if you were an inconvenience for them. There was a tremendous choice of food on the morning and evening buffets however the dining room was so big and so full of hundreds of people it made for a chaotic experience. The swimming pool is not the same as the hotels.com pictures, it’s quite small and definitely does not cater for how busy the hotel was. Music at the pool was loud and chaotic and there were so many noisy children! The surrounding area is poor, there are not many restaurant choices.

Travaux dans tout l’hôtel, impossible de se reposer et ce n’est pas indiqué. Plein tarif
Several areas in the hotel were absolutely filthy. Air conditioner didn’t work properly, and according to the repair person, none of them in the entire hotel could be adjusted as to temperature. The refrigerator froze all of our food and couldn’t be adjusted. The carpet in the room where there was evening entertainment was soiled and completely worn, the chairs had stains and the tables had garbage from previous events. The pool chairs had not been cleaned in ages, and there were bird droppings on several of the lounges.
We have never been in a hotel where the manager had no interest in listening to concerns. He was rude, condescending, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in without comparison! Unbelievably inefficient.
The view from the hotel is magnificent! The area around is a little rundown. The buffet was very good for meals offering a huge variety. The main concern is the parking situation. Maybe offer free spaces in the adjacent parking lot too. Very few under the building. Room and bed were very comfortable.
Only downside was the hotel's parking garage. We rented a midsize SUV for our trip and the garage spaces were so small it was almost impossible to park it.
Hotel muy limpio. Desayunos bien cena bien. Personal amable. Le vendría bien una remodelación. Bien ubicado
