"My black out curtains did not cover the entire window, the furniture was badly damaged, and there were watermarks all over the counter tops. It was okay for the night but I wouldn’t have stayed any longer."

"When we checked in the staff was helpful but at night, the A/C started blowing hot air and the room was over 85 degrees by 5 am When we brought it up for the first time to the front desk staff they said the maintenance team was aware and working on it. Nothing was fixed and we had to prop the front door open to try and cool the room down. When we checked out I brought the issue up again and then desk girl said they knew about it, and it was a known issue for most of the first floor but they don’t know why. Why put people in the rooms you know are going to heat up like that? I wa offered nothing to fix the issue or to change rooms and we had to sweat it out before we left. Definitely choosing a different hotel when we return to Elko."

"Breakfast was fine. Could have let there be some signs where things were. I couldn't find the milk to have cereal. The containers were empty. When I mentioned there were no towels in the pool area a just got a "So". The pool was so COLD. I paid to go to your place because of the pool. I couldn't use it at all."

"Love this location. Still has coffee, and water cups in the rooms, soft water for showers, and there aren’t excessive cameras (in the elevators, etc)!! It felt like a good family vacation/business stay hotel, as apposed to a 5-star prison. I mention it because we stayed in another city the night before, same company owned hotel, and felt very different about our stay. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend."

"Property is tired. Bathroom has cracks in the wallpaper, grab bars not fully attached to the wall, flooring in bathroom has a lift, not sure if the taps were cleaned or if they are just showing their age. Cleaning staff could pay better attention; toothpaste on sink from last person staying in the room, kept stepping on bits on the carpet, could have been vacuumed better. Breakfast was the same for three mornings in a row. Lots of parking. Front desk and breakfast people were friendly."
