"Very disappoint with hotel car rental with hotel as too expensive and got nothing even the attraction which should visit in Chennai. It was a pity as not often visit there. "Just overall a wonderful place to stay! We stayed their 2 bedroom apartment suite. They were clean, well maintained, staff were very polite and helpful. Spa was exceptional. Food was excellent. The microwave in our room never warmed the food that was our only issue. We also didn’t contact them about it because it didn’t matter much. Had we told them, I am sure they would have fixed it quickly. Will be staying with them for our future visits. Please keep up the good work. "
"This property was once maintained good but not anymore. This looks like an apartment not a hotel. The is minor damages here and there inside the room and the furnitures are really old. It needs a change to give a pleasant experience to the customer, especially for the one who is traveling from abroad
The staffs are not responsible even after calling three or four times there is no one turned. This is really annoying when we call and there is no response for something really important all that...
"Out of all the 5 star hotels that we have stayed in and around the world, they have unmatched service. Housekeeping, front desk and any service person is always available to attend to your needs. I wonder who the duty manager is, he has trained people so well. They never have said "no" for any of my requests.
Some improvements
1. Add smart tv to rooms. Tata sky is pretty annoying with so many ads
2. Need a bit bigger rooms if possible.
3. Breakfast buffet was fantastic but aappam is only...
