"Free shuttle to downtown Newport was very convenient"

"The building looks old and smelled"

"Fantastic location and extremely welcoming staff. It was perfect!!"

"Perfect property in walking distance of everything. Will be seeking it out again when we return."

"Fabulous place to stay in Newport. Patrick was wonderful and the place was adorable!"

"Everything was just right."

"Everything was surprisingly unexpected for a boutique hotel so close to downtown historic district. Everything was exceptional and staff went above and beyond to satisfy our inquiries and directed us to best places to see and eat and purchase items needed on our stay. My friends were here from the Netherlands and were extremely impressed with stay, rooftop, deck for sunsets, proximity to water, and spacious suites. Definitely on my list to book again. Will past on my impressions to friends and...

"Very modern"

"The staff were incredibly helpful and interested in making our stay great. Right off the hop they called to see if we were happy with the room and if we needed anything and again on checkout, incredibly pleasant. When you go into the room, all the drawers were open, indicating that they had been cleaned. Great pride taken by the team at this hotel"

"Loved this location!!"

"Just a delightful surprise. We’ve been to Newport many times as our daughter lives there, but did not know about the Admiral Sims. The property is so close to everything, including Easton Beach, but is nestled in a neighborhood on a lovely property. The new wraparound porch is beautiful. Our room was lovely, with a fireplace and kitchenette. Everything about this property is really pleasant. The owner greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely go back again."

"Such a great stay! Everything was perfect from the second I got there until I left. The room was so cozy and breakfast was delicious!"
