Hôtel vraiment limite.. l’accueil est plutôt agréable , On vous dit que vous êtes surclassé et là vous aller dans la chambre .... Très mal insonorisée , un lit convenable , une douche qui ne fonctionne très mal et en plus à l’eau froide . Fenêtre qui ferme mal , rideaux qui tombent en ruine .. vraiment pas un hôtel agréable pour passer une bon moment Les photos du sites ne correspondent plus à la réalité .

Das Zimmer war schmutzig ebenso das Badezimmer. Die Heizung im Bad ging nicht. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer war laut und ließ sich nicht abstellen. Obwohl ich dies reklamiert habe, hat sich nicht geändert. Werde ich nie wieder hingehen.

J ai lu les commentaires après une nuit passée dans cet établissement. j ai eu droit à tous les désagréments énoncés par les précédents occupants: attente pour avoir la clef de la chambre, moquette mouillée en arrivant pour cause d'inondation sois disant réparée. intrusion dans la chambre à deux reprises dans la nuit ave arrachement de la chaine de la porte. Ascenseur en panne....en 18 ans de travailleur itinérant c'est le pire établissement que j'ai fréquenté.

Great few nights shame it was cut short

I arrived and the man on duty didn't speak English, not the end of the world as I called a French colleague. Slept fine, comfy bed if not a bit small, toilet is hidden in a cupboard by the door. The one thing did annoy me was on my friday night stay the owners had booked out the upstairs bar and function room for a party, of which I was not informed. This resulted in me having to leave the hotel after being found alternative accommodation by the owner. Shame really as I liked the place. There's plenty of free parking out the front of the hotel.

Very friendly and dedicated staff, however the hotel premices, and the room do not leave you with a safe and comfortable feeling. Poor lightning ( one light was missing), not functionning heater, security lock door chain broken, clogged shower... Room 22 on 12th floor to be avoided...!

God beligghet og fin utsikt

Meget sentral beligghet og enkel parkering på gaten utenfor. Vanskelig å kommunisere med resepsjonisten (bare fransk). Bra rom til prisen, men veldig varmt. Flott utsikt fra bar/terasse i 14. etasje. Gode spisemuligheter rett ved hotellet. Veldig hyggelig og pratsom eier av hotellet.

Très belle vue sur Thionville mais il n'y avait que 2 chaines qui fonctionnaient à la télé, le bruit dans le couloir s'entend beaucoup. Quelque'un a ouvert ma porte alors que j’étais à l’intérieur avec la serrure fermée, certainement le service d’hôtel qui n'avait pas noté que j’étais dedans. Clim bruyante dans le salle de bain. Et j'avais demandé un lit double et j'ai eu 2 lits simples

La mauvaise blague.

Bonne literie mais la moitié des lumières HS, pas de porte entre chambre et SdB/toilette, VMC rafistolé avec du papier toilette, le fait d’avoir réserver sur les sites en lignes qui semblent poser problème, personnels non professionnel qui a fait irruption dans la chambre à 21h30 par erreur sans frapper en arrachant la chaînette de la porte. Personne au petit déjeuner le lendemain matin (employé absent) organiser à l’improviste en urgence par la femme de ménage et la réceptionniste. Geste commercial: petit dej’ offert, c’etait la moindre des choses

Je recommande

Hôtel très bien. Les chambres sont au 12/13eme étage, l'accueil et le bars restaurants au 14eme. Ce qui offre une vue exceptionnelle sur Thionville. De plus le personnel est très sympathique.

Bâtiment vieux et entrée vraiment peu attrayante. L’hôtel se situe aux trois derniers étages d'une tour qui en compte 14. Très bruyant par temps de vent. chambre petite, mais correcte. Par contre taille des sanitaires absolument ridicule; il faut laisser la porte ouverte pour s'asseoir sur les toilettes...

La bonne adresse

Hôtel très bien situé et le personnel est au petit soin, beaucoup de bienveillance. J'ai eu le sentiment d'être en famille. L'ambiance est tellement sympathique que tous les clients communiquent et partagent. J'ai vraiment passé un agréable moment.
