One of the best sunsets you'll find on the East Coast is here at Martha's Vineyard on Menemsha Bight. The shops in town are quaint, the seafood is out of this world and the memories will be everlasting. #EndlessSummer

Sandy beaches, farmlands, fishing docks, harbor towns and tall lighthouses, Its Martha's Vineyard! It is around an hour of boat ride from Cape Cod to the Oak Bluffs. MV accessible only by boat or air.
This picture was of course taken in summer :) Bright sunny day with blue sky and lush green. In the background is the famous east chop lighthouse. The best of my memories of MV are from East Chop. We rented a bright Red scooter near the Oak Bluffs harbor after getting off from ferry, kicked off our slippers, rode to the sunset ;) I meant we drove to East Chop:)

Must Do : Get that pretty but awfully slow red scooter, drive to the light house, live the dream :)

After five+ months of cold weather, occasional snowstorms and chilly rains, New England acquires an enviable summer spirit. The turquoise, blue waves, though mildly cool in the month of June, shimmer under the watchful eye of the powerful sun. Alternating between dips in the water and lazy siestas on the sand, we thanked our lucky stars for deciding to book a stay at Martha’s Vineyard months in advance, which just happened to coincide with a spectacularly breezy and warm weekend.
