Stayed on green island at the Great Barrier Reef and spotted so many sea turtles just off shore :)

Green Island is one of the most accessible islands in the Great Barrier Reef, just a 40 minute boat ride from Cairns. You can do a day trip or stay overnight in the resort.

Green Island is great for snorkeling and other water sports like parasailing and windsurfing. There's also an eco-rainforest boardwalk and a croc sanctuary.

Want to spot a turtle? A trip to Green Island will pretty much guarantee you a sighting! Just don't expect the best coral for snorkelling, but that's a trade off if you can bag a selfie like this... #waterlust
