"The hotel was suitable for our needs. It is definitely dated but it is clean and was in a location that was convenient to where we wanted to go. We got a triple which was kind of cramped, but the breakfast was good. We also got room service one night and the pizza was better than I expected from a hotel restaurant."

"This place was such a disappointment. They call it a “penthouse,” but it’s really not. The kitchen curtains were dirty, the cutlery wasn’t clean, and there was no parking even though the listing said there would be. We ended up having to pay 100 euros for a nearby parking garage, which was super frustrating. "Wifi didn't work. Kept complaining. Just more useless passwords. Eventually gave up. Luckily the hotels and cafes nearby let you use their wifi. If it was in Albania Dubai or Sofia I'd be screwed. Also heat didn't work well. Slept in my full clothes 1st night with quilt too. Eventually it started to heat up and the weather turned milder. I had it on 32 celcius(90 F) highest setting otherwise it wouldn't work at all. Mgt co. is terrible. Otherwise was ok. I would say ok for 1 night but not cold...

"Overall, the stay was okay. The furnishings, such as the sofa and bed, are somewhat outdated and dirty with stains. The location is exceptionally good; you can get everywhere in the city center on foot and don't need public transportation. However, due to its central location, the apartment is very noisy, making sleep possible only with earplugs. Unfortunately, you can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms in the apartment itself."
