"The Bad: The hotel failed to reply to multiple Expedia messages regarding a ferry terminal pickup. Communication is paramount. Because of this silence, my wife and I had to walk half a mile at 9:40 PM from the furthest pier, tired and carrying heavy luggage in an unfamiliar city.
The Good: The hotel's recovery was outstanding. The next day, Magda the manager was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to fix the reception lapse. She provided several complimentary drinks and paid for our airport taxi upon checkout.
The Property: The hotel itself is excellent. We enjoyed beautiful sea views, a very comfortable bed, and a great breakfast. Giannis at the rooftop bar deserves a special mention for his superb, 10/10 customer service.
Location: Perfectly situated. It is highly convenient for the ferries, city centre, and airport, with great bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We would definitely stay here again."
"Having spent the last decade working in luxury hospitality in London, I have a particular eye for what truly exceptional service looks like — and the team at MonAsty delivered it effortlessly.
From the moment we arrived, every need was anticipated and met with warmth and professionalism. Anastasia in Reservations was outstanding, and Nikos and Vasilis at the Front Desk were simply brilliant — the kind of people who make a hotel stay genuinely memorable.
The room itself was stunning; beautifully appointed with elegant décor that felt considered rather than generic. The gym was a lovely touch and very well equipped.
The one area I'd gently suggest revisiting is the Room Service menu — a small refinement there would truly round out what is otherwise a flawless guest experience.
We will absolutely be returning."
"Good room. Good breakfast. Great location. Shower drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom floor because there was no curb around the shower. Stayed in this hotel several times. I will get back in the future."
