C'est la 1ère et la dernière fois ...

Loué 4 jours sur hotels.com. Avait l'air sympa avec sa piscine, ses étangs pour la pêche et ses ânes. Même s'il doit être mieux entretenu et mis en valeur, cela peut valoir entre 4 et 5 étoiles. À la réception, Mr le directeur a sorti sèchement à ma femme "Il n'y a pas de réservations à votre nom". Désemparée elle vient vers moi et je lui précise que j'ai payé la totalité du séjour. Il me répond "je n'ai pas reçu de paiement, vous devez me payer la totalité". Je lui rétorque "Négatif, j'ai déjà payé je ne vais pas payer 2 fois". En vociférant plusieurs fois de suite "c'est la 1ère et la dernière fois que je travaille avec eux...". au bout de 10 minutes, il s'est avéré qu'il n'a pas su utilisé la plate-forme d'hotels.com et me demande une caution de 300€ (précisé sur hotels.com), et en présentant un plan du camping me rassène à nouveau "c'est la 1ère et la dernière fois" sans cette fois-ci le "que je travaille avec eux", en me regardant dans les yeux pour bien faire sentir que cette phrase m'était destinée. Outre ce comportement ANTI-professionnel sans aucune excuse de sa part, ce comportement est blessant et à la limite INJURIEUX. Dans le bungalow, Robinets, porte d'entrée chaise pliantes, toilettes, porte des douches ... sont CHEAPs et ont été achetées à un magasin "tout à moins de 5€". Si casse, la caution de 300€ servira à rembourser la pièce à 5€. Cela peut s'apparenter à un vice caché et c'est à la limite de la malhonnêteté intellectuelle.
