"Breakfast was good . Staff were friendly. Kitchen has nothing we were expecting at least induction . We ended of eating lunch dinner outside because there was no cooking utensils. Micro oven was not working fast enough too . Thank you "

"Our air conditioner was not working because outlet next to it was broken. I also wish the limited parking had been better communicated but they did give us a map showing some nearby garages. Location was excellent and we really really enjoyed the indoor pool."

We had a couple of strange things come up - no dish soap for hand washing, dishwasher wouldn’t run, and the room’s temp control was auto-set to cooling - but we were able to work through most things and had a pleasant stay. Hôtel was quiet and staff were very helpful. Post-checkout luggage storage and lounge access are a bonus. "

"I was worried after reading several horrific reviews however, my fiancé and I were there for four nights and five days and the room was clean and excellent location to old Port Montreal. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which made it easy to commute around for cheap. We took advantage of the self-serve laundry room they have a vending machine in the lobby that has laundry detergent and dryer sheets in it. For the washer and dryer it was around three dollars per machine. Our room was very large with a living room and couch. The cons would be no coffee in the rooms no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the rooms. Our hairdryer wasn’t working and the bed was extremely small other than that. Excellent stay. Would return."
