Staff occasionally difficult to get hold of via room telephone and requests required follow-up or some simple requests like asking for an apple apparently impossible, although we later found a free fruit bowl in the spa so that was fine. Laundry fees extortionate so we went with a local launderette up the road (wash and dried for about £10 in just over an hour). Hotel fees are per item not per load and would have cost over £100 with hotel!!!!"
