"The hotel was great. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff. But when I did, I think they could have been friendlier. It was only the front desk. And they weren’t rude. But not overly welcoming. The only other problem was the AC. The unit was very loud. To the point we had to turn it off to sleep. We would stay there again. But definitely ask for a different room and hope for the best."

"Stayed at this hotel on our first leg of biking the Erie Canal Trail. Hotel is not far off the trail and room was very clean, room was very quiet and breakfast was very generous. My only complaint is that the shower head pressure was pretty weak."
