"Rooms were much smaller than expected. The sliding door moved and covered bathroom door when bathroom was being used. Not good for toddlers as it exposed the ironing bored closet. Fresh fruit on the breakfast bar cut up was a pleasant treat. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. The value was expensive for the hotel location. "

"The breakfast was fine. They had two options for eggs, two different types of sausages some home fries a pancake machine. If you want waffles they had them. You can just heat them up. They had oatmeal some fruit muffins choices of juices coffee. It was fine. Our room was clean enough towels, stuff like that. There was a lot of shopping nearby and that’s why I usually stay at this hotel. The only thing that I would say is the third floor elevator area from when I checked in on a Thursday till I checked out on a Saturday the floor had never been clean. It was covered in what look like coffee everywhere. And for one full day, there was some towels in the hallway that I’m sure a hotel guest through there. "

"Room was very clean, and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub in room with lots of towels. Electric fireplace right in front of the sitting area, making it very comfy at night. Bed was memory foam topped. Two sinks, mini fridge, microwave, mini- coffee maker. The property has status everywhere, giving it such a nice feeling of peace, like a garden. In ground pool, every room had chairs on the front porch. All in all, very nice place to get away and relax. "

"On second evening, we were both locked out of the room. Staff informed me next day, if key card near other cards (in our possession) it becomes demagnetized. Neither one of us had our key cards near other cards...i.e. in our wallets. I DO NOT appreciate paying $250.00 for a room I'm locked out of!"

"the room we were originally given was not ready. We were given a clean room. It was quiet around us..Breakfast was good. Staff very attentive."

"The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Nice updated room. The walls are a bit thin, but it is a historic building, so I expected it. Fantastic stay and I highly recommend!"

"Heat was shut off in the room. Took hours for it to get warm but floor remained ice cold. No carpet. Bathroom floor was even colder and the heater in the bathroom didn’t work. Bathroom fan was extremely noisy. Toilet seat terribly discoloured. Surfaces clean but everywhere else had dust build up. Didn’t attempt the breakfast. Didn’t look appetizing. Tasted the juice and it was horrible. "
