"Overall ambiance of the unit and building was great. Rooms were comfortable, the bed was great, and it was very close to all I needed. Check-in was pretty easy for the most part despite some delayed communication, and somewhat of a passive attitude from one of the people working the front desk, but otherwise it was great and I would stay here again!"

"No where on the building do the words “Bluebird Suites” appear. This was an apartment, not a hotel room. Parking was not included, so I had to pay to park at another hotel about a block away. We needed a wristband to access the pool area, which was not provided. Notes included with our check in required us to clean the place and remove our trash from the room. The views of NYC from the outside patio were nice. The lack of communication through the booking left us confused and the people that...
