"Lovely hotel. Car park was full so had to wait for a space. Breakfast was lovely. Good selection of Hot & cold foods to choose from. Had Sunday roast beef dinner. Partner had sea bass. Plus a cheeky dessert. Good menu for food & drinks Really fab food. Staff where very smiley and friendly. The Grand stair case was amazing. Room was very clean Great views over the mountains and water. Bed was very comfortable. Over all great place to stay. Fab location. Definitely go back."

"This is a gorgeous stay. Conwy is like a fairy tale and this stay added to the charm. Check in was easy, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. No AC, so bring portable fans if you need it. "For a start, pulled back the duvet and found crumbs, brown stains on the sheets and somebody else’s pubic hairs. Also the cabinet door kept falling off, the plug socket for the TV and the kettle was literally hanging off the wall. As for the staff we met the bar man who showed us to our room first night we were there and also one cleaner,on the day we were leaving there was a man banging on the glass doors with his mobile phone trying to get the staffs attention. swearing I actually felt quite...

"A parking space should be allocated to your room number - we found it extremely difficult to explore the island as the car park was always busy… We were also disappointed with the menu choices… The hotel is beautiful inside and outside and the staff were very helpful and friendly…"
