"My stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel. I booked a King bedroom with an accessible bathroom that clearly showed a bathtub with grab bars in the Expedia confirmation. At check‑in, I was given a standard shower‑only bathroom. After I complained, the front desk moved me to another room, but it was still the wrong type — a roll‑in shower with no bathtub. Even after I showed my confirmation and photos, the staff insisted that the bathtub room type “did not exist.” I contacted Expedia, who spoke with another staff member and the manager. I was told to come back the next day at noon for the correct room. The next day, they said the room wasn’t ready and would call me when it was available. I waited in my room for FOUR hours with no call, and only when I went back to the front desk did they finally give me the room. In that room, the bathtub drain stopper was broken and couldn’t hold water. Other issues: ants in the room, housekeeping not cleaning as promised (every other day), the drinking water dispenser not working properly, and parking at $28 per day with limited spaces, so we often had to park in a neighboring lot (overflow parking area) and walk in the rain. The location and breakfast were good, but overall the stay was frustrating. I will not return."

"Would not stay here again. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. People were smoking in their rooms so it would come through the vents. If you have allergies do not stay here! The bedding/pillows has fake feathers in it that fly all over the room. The beds are uncomfortable. The bathroom does not have a fan. The pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, bugs everywhere! The towels for the pool were not restocked so there weren’t any available. The hotel is more of a “party” hotel. People come to blast music, drink and smoke. Definitely not enjoyable"

"the whitley is a wonderful hotel. I schedule through hotels.com and my Marriott points were still honored. working quick elevators polite staff. all that's missing is an affordable shuttle bus to and from the airport. this is a great place to stay"
