"Staff not welcoming at all. Manager was useless do not have hand on and don’t care about guess issues. It was the worst 3 night ever. No pool available, safe not working, privacy tag for door damage, fridge not set to use. Bathroom need resurface, doors damages. Prime location without proper management."

"Staff extremely friendly and the lobby is beautiful. I visited floors, 4,9,11 & 12, for done reason there is a funky, musty smell in the halls and room. I used my perfume and some Lysol spray and turned on the fan to freshen up the room. The rooftop lounge was nice but the hotel should definitely have a separate entrance/elevator for the lounge guests, at certain times, we had to wait a while to get on an elevator to our rooms because of the rooftop guests. Valet situation wasn’t the best, there were always a line of people waiting for their cars. Last thing is that the hotel doesn’t really accommodate celebrations. I was there for my bday and there wasn’t a happy birthday card or banner on the door or, a dessert in the room, or anything like that, which most hotels do. They did give a ticket for a complimentary drink at the lobby bar. "

"The breakfast is ok, room was clean but no ice make on our floor. Parking was a major issue, they charged $28.00 per day to park with very limited parking. We had to use the overflow lot next door multiple times. Should not charge for parking when you cannot accommodate, many guest were frustrated in the lobby."

"The property is nice, well maintained and located in a nice area. The staff was welcoming. Our room was clean. The piol was nice. They only offer 1 micorwave in the entire hotel which is inconvienant if you have children and parking is $65 a night which is very expensive being thay im already paying to stay. "

"The only thing bad I have to say was the beds are a little to hard and pillows are a little to flat. But staff and everything else was 10 stars to me. Would recommend for anyone visiting Altanta just bring your own pillows and maybe a mattress topper. We felt safe and very well taken care of."
