"My family and I were traveling from Orlando to go to Busch Gardens. I’m not from the area and upon looking at the website and the reviews, it seemed like a comparable place for me and my family and boy was I wrong. The photos online are not accurate. The hotel is under construction and refurbishment, which means the hot waffle breakfast and any other choices were not available. That was not posted on the site. It was told to me as I checked in. Visibly outside everything looks in disarray and broken down. There’s a trailer park across the street and homeless people to give you a better idea of where this location is at I know that they can’t help that but just giving you some imagery. We weren’t told that the elevator was down. The first room they gave us reeked of cigarette smoke. I requested for them to spray the room or move me… the front desk agent tried to do his best, but apparently there wasn’t anybody available to really spray the room so they did move us. I also asked to have a working elevator so they did that too, but to my surprise, the elevator hasn’t been serviced since 2023. I made sure to take a photo of the paper that was inside. It was a scary ride up and down. This place has garbage on the parking lot. Everything is rundown. We got into a hotel room and didn’t want to step out. Pretty much only there for a hot shower and sleep. The beds aren’t uncomfortable, but the shower pressure was at least nice. There wasn’t a vent in the shower so Wet everywhere"

"As soon as we entered our room (239), which was supposed to be a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarette smoke was extremely strong. To make matters even worse, when we conducted a more thorough inspection of the room, we found cockroaches everywhere: in the bedroom, in the bathroom, and near the coffee machine. The photos I am sending clearly confirm what we experienced. It was a terrible and unacceptable situation. When I asked the front desk about the possibility of a refund for what we paid, the attendant simply told me that my rate was non-refundable. Even in a situation like this? We were eventually given another room where the situation was somewhat better; however, that room was still not properly cleaned. As customers, we have completely lost our confidence in this hotel. "

"We stayed in this hotel for almost 2 weeks and would definitely come back. It's location is perfect, and while we didnt eat there every day, the restaurant makes for an easy breakfast or dinner if you're feeling too tired to go out. We had a small fridge and microwave, so we were able to make small meals there, as well. I'd argue that for the price and "boutique" experience, there were little touches that could have been improved (ie more items in the suite to use for such an extended stay, better and free coffees/teas, bottled water, etc). The hotel is old but renovated with well controlled individual room temperatures and mostly quiet (there was regularly staff chatting loudly outside our window at night, but we were right above a transitional staff door, and most rooms aren not). The rooms were cleaned anytime we wished, although it didnt seem like they vacuumed at all (this would be fine for a 2 or 3 day stay but considering out length, we likely should have pointed it out). The pool is nice to take a dip in but not super useful to "swim"in (i'm a swimmer so this mattered to me but likely wont to everyone else). Likewise the "gym" that was told to be brand new only has some dumbbells, one treadmill, and a cycling bike in it. I was expecting more, again, considering the boutique nature of the hotel and cost. These were minor details and overall we had a wonderful experience. The location, if nothing else, would be impossible to find or beat. "

"While Days Inn is a budget chain, this location is truly bare bones. There were NO amenites. The lobby was entirely devoid of furniture. There was no in-room coffee maker, no continental breakfast, or any public space to sit and relax. Located in a mostly industrial area, there was only one eatery within walking distance. "

"I love Comfort Inn rooms are always clean security is very good Free breakfast which is eggs bacon and any type of bread not just muffins and coffee! All of the staff are wonderful from check in until check out OH Pool too!"

"Decent location downtown and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Parking was an additional fee (which is typical in a city) and located down the street a few blocks at a sister property but wasnt too difficult as once we parked we walked everywhere until we checked out. The pipes made a very loud sound in the walls for several minutes when turning on the shower and the floors could have been cleaner but the bed was comfy and the room decor felt outdated but was in decent condition and clean. There is a coffee shop located in the lobby but not many other hotel amenities overall. It was fine for us for an overnight stay on a busy race weekend. Would stay here again for the price and location. "
