Being a Canadian, I didn’t appreciate this, joke or no joke. Didn’t appreciate it that he had to ask me again that I am who I am after presenting him with official ID. Because my name is normally for a male, I felt that he was challenging me with my identity. BTW, I was born a female but my parents gave me a male name from the Bible. Also, the morning receptionist sent us to the wrong place which cost me $53, which only cost $13 the next day."
