"The only upside to this place was the price (until we saw the place) and location. Aside from those two things the room was absolutely abysmal. Falls cracked and falling apart, stains all over the walls and even the lamp shades. The sink faucet and shower head was leaking constantly and not just a drip it may have well have been left on it was flowing out so much. The check in staff was far from enthusiastic to get up from their conversation to give us the room keys and it was lovely to hear the couple yelling at each other in a room across the parking lot from inside their room. I will never be staying at this place ever again and would never recommend it to someone else unless they wanted a good laugh. It honestly was so bad it felt like a comedy movie."

"I was skeptical at first, but the reviews were correct, this place is a little gem! The breakfast was fantastic (not a 5 start continental), but it was good. The rooms were clean and the price was right. I overheard the cleaning crew discussing the cleaning strategies and made sure everything was clean, even the mirrors! The staff was great, you can tell they like to work there. I would book again."

"Our room we checked into the HVAC would not come on. A tech was sent to the room, was unable to repair it, were moved to another room. Our sense was the staff was not very friendly or helpful. Overall the breakfast was probably the best part of the stay and we were told by the front desk it closed at 10 AM when we got there before that time the lights were off and were told by the staff they closed at 9 AM. "

"I had an excellent stay at The Embassy Suites at Waltham. The staff was welcoming, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Make sure to get a made-to-order omelette. The property isn’t not too far from the airport and near a many colleges. I’d recommend the Embassy Suites at Waltham. "

"The parking garage on property was a huge plus! Staff was so friendly and our rooms were spacious and very clean! The only issue was we paid for a premium room with a view of the lake but were placed on the 5th floor and our only view was of the roof and solar panels! Other than that no complaints! "
