"The phone in my room didn’t work and the tv in the room didn’t work after a couple of hours when I told the person at the office they said they would move me to another room but I couldn’t because I had a very heavy baggage and the room was on the second floor then they said they would talk to the manager to see if I could get a discount. When I went to check out they knew nothing about the room and said they would give me a good discount the next time I stayed there which would be never "

"When we arrived, we noticed several homeless people outside the property. The hotel and parking lot was fenced in. After checking in with a very friendly lady, we went to our room and it had a terrible odor and there were hairs all in the bed and on the floor and in the shower. Went down to the front desk and another lady assisted us. She did not apologize or speak to us simply activated a card and handed it to us. We found our room went into that one and it was the same situation, but the odor was not bad. Went back to the desk and had to wait five minutes for somebody to see we were there. We were given another room by that same lady with no apology. The third room was the same as the first two. Hairs throughout the bed that looked like they had just remade the bed and not cleaned the sheets. The comforter was missing off of one of the beds and there were hairs in the bathroom and on the floor. We went back down to the desk and the first lady that assisted us apologized. We told her we just wanted to cancel our reservation and she obliged."
