"Great location and friendly staff! Perfect distance from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. The room was small and lacked the usual sofa/armchair that most hotel rooms have, but it’s New York City. Not much to expect, so the small space didn’t bother me. The water temperature was wonky. For both the sink and shower, the water had to run for several minutes to receive hot water. Unfortunately, even after the wait in the shower, the water would still shift from hot to cold. The two elevators did take long because of the number of floors. Luckily, I was on floor two, so I could use the emergency stairs when heading down (couldn’t figure out how to go up them since the door locked behind me though)."

"The hotel itself is quiet and clean. It's also within walking distance of a lot of shops and Times Square so it's perfect for a place to lay your head at night while you enjoy the city."
