"spotless, comfortable and will be back"

"On arrival we were greeted by Marcia who made us so welcome. She was so friendly and really helpful. We stayed in the Rose suite which is stunning, very comfortable king bed, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was outside on the veranda with beautiful views of the garden and ocean. Very quiet and peaceful location and very good value for money."

"The staff made such a fuss of us it was our 50th wedding anniversary and they could not of done more to make it special for us The lovely young man on reception upgraded our room and gave us a great gin and tonic and the customer relations lady was lovely and Abby our waitress in the gannet restaurant all looked after us fantastically they are à credit to the hotel When we got to our lovely heritage room there was a bottle of bubbly waiting for us And when we went to dinner in the gannet...

"First: The property is hard to find. Looking for 23 Lang Street per Expedia. But you have to enter 25 Lang Street. Why can’t they provide accurate directions? Very poor start. Second: The room is huge and clean and well-appointed. Oh wait, the architect forgot something. How about a bathroom door ! And bathroom walls that reach the ceiling! This place is for monkeys, not humans. Made for a unique experience that I’ll hope to not repeat. Somebody didn’t think this place through."

"Perfect place to get away for a few days. Spacious cabin with a beautiful view. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant was also excellent."

"Loved the entire place. Breakfast with the view was wonderful"

"So many roadworks in front of the Hotel. It is such a pity but it has been like this since 2022"

"A problem at check in which took 45mins to sort out as the hotel had not entered our names into the reservation. Lovely and quiet. Rooms very clean though a bit small. Buffet breakfast very good. Lovely friendky staff."

"This property is one of the best I have ever been, it is superb, every detail is very well taken care of and the staff is very polite and attentive, absolutely loved it. "

"The place was lovely and in a great location"

"Smuk udsigt. Pæne værelser. Ingen restaurant, kun café med begrænset udvalg af mad. "

"Das Zimmer was super. Sah renoviert aus. Hammer Aussicht. Das Hotel super alt. Es roch nach Insektizide. Aufzug sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Baustelle am Eingang. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer. Schlafzimmer sehr warm und hellhörig. Man hörte das Meer und die Wellen aber nicht auf eine schöne Art. Sehr laut und deswegen schlecht geschlafen ( Fenster waren zu) Abendessen super! Frühstück nicht gut. "

"Great location & A great host Unfortunately there is no air con and the heat at night made it very difficult to sleep at night. The bedroom we had was small. The other 2 larger bedrooms had sliding doors on to a balcony, which you could leave open at night for some air flow. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs in total 1x double-1 x twin smaller rooms with little air flow. 2x larger rooms with sliding doors to balconies Great breakfast too. "
