"Seems some customers have issues with check-in. I didn’t but met person on the door who clearly didn’t get instructions - one needs to make sure to have the details before arrival. Also, check-out instructions (where to leave keys) not clear. It said daily housekeeping but I didn’t see any of it. The bed is a bit weird with a topper not really fitting the mattress. More for a person who’s out all day for work or exploring."

"This was definitely a step above the average city centre hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room, and great breakfast including a cooked option which was prepared individually. A nice touch to provide a quality bar of chocolate, and some drinks in the room."

"There was construction happening right outside the window until 2AM. I known that's not the hotels fault but people should know that if they stay there they will hear everything that happens around them, including conversations (and other things) happening the next room over."
