"Unfortunately the grounds that we overlooked had been ripped up. Perhpas the property could have mentioned this when we booked...Parking was fine, as were the public spaces and the room."

"AC is off during spring, you can't control it during your stay, they only offer heatting setting, and a blanket, so forgett about it if you like to sleep fresh, you have to sleep with the window open wich triggers more heatting. It is quite uncomfortable and sadly this is very comun in Spain"

"Hemos estado en la Suite Real y hemos estado muy bien. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, bien caldeada y hemos descansado muy bien. El desayuno sensacional."

"Je me suis fait volé 150 euros par cet hôtel car j'ai vidé mon cendrier de poche dans la poubelle. Sans avis ma carte à été débité ! Malhonnête comme ça, c'est du jamais vu mais je vais porter plainte. Hôtel de voleur à fuir !!!! "

"Nous avons séjourné une nuit en couple avec 2 enfants. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuse. Situation et équipement de l'hôtel très bien. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. En revanche impossible de pouvoir dormir le soir car l'animation de l'hôtel est très forte et nous entendons tout de la chambre. Deux autres points négatifs, nous avions que 2 couvertures pour 4 lits et il n'y avait pas assez d'eau chaude dans la douche pour nous 4 , dommage."
