"When we arrived a little before check in we was told that no rooms where ready to come back after 4:30 and rooms should be available. The parking is bad due to the casino being across the parking lot they not only park in the casino area they also park in the hotel parking lot which makes it hard for the hotel guess to find parking. Especially handicap parking. When we finally got checked in everything was fine. The hotel has 24 hour check in which is convenient for travelers who does late night traveling. Check out was easy I enjoyed my stay but when I arrived home I had a charge on my account other then the 100.00 dollar deposit. I had a charge of over 250.00 that no one seems to tell me where the money went nor what the charge was for. So that's a battle I'm dealing with. I previously paid through a 3 party and I stated to the hotel this other charge is like yal charged me for that weekend stay when it was paid over a month ago. But like I stated no one can seems to know where the money went and why I have that charge on my bank account so Becareful when giving your card for the deposit."

"I was first given a key to a room that was already occupied. There was no signage to help identify how to get back to the lobby. I had to track down a worker to get back for checkout. Only 1 person was working the valet so it took about 30 minutes to get my car. Your car is left out in the open no garage for $50"

"The room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The staff I interacted with were very friendly, even when I called the front desk to address an issue with the TV at 11pm. I love that their pool is open year round and has a unique indoor/ outdoor arrangement. The hot breakfast is typical fair but a nice amenity considering the amount of restaurants in the immediate area. This is a busy hotel I'm told due to the military base that's nearby. Mandatory trainings bring an influx of enlistees to the area on a regular basis. I had no issues with noise nor felt it was crowded. I enjoyed my stay and will book again when I'm the area."
