The hotel In general was awesome. But the tv remote wasn’t working correctly. I was pressing the ok button but it wasn’t working. But overall it was nice and quiet and I had a chance to relax and enjoy myself
This is a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean environment and room. would recommend this place highly. The breakfast is very good with a great server.

Great hotel! Staff was very friendly and professional. Top quality bed, linens and mattress. We are traveling cross country so it was a welcome and restfully stay. Yep.Nice facility with great gym , pool, outdoor space with fireplace, and a great area for OKwalking dog/dog park. We would definitely stay here again. No.

Great layout for the hallways and rooms! The room had a kitchen with everything needed. There was also plenty of space in our room with a wonderful bathroom that included an anti-fog mirror and a great closet in the bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful and included little quiches and pre-packaged warm breakfast sandwiches. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
I loved this place. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, couldn’t ask for a better stay. Loved the fire pit and the bbq grills that were provided for guests. It made for a nice relaxing evening.
The location of this facility was next to one of my favorite breakfast spots, First Watch. We were within a mile or less from friends, family, dinning, and shopping. We did have to purchase air freshers for the unpleasant odor of food which saturated the curtains and furniture in the room. Over all the staff was great in accommodating our needs and customer service.
We found our new home away from home! We will be staying at this property anytime we visit family in the area … the staff was great, especially Evan at the front desk! Very friendly and super helpful !
Room was spacious with a kitchenette… great restaurants in the area and close to the highway. Highly recommend it!

Best area to stay in east of St. Louis. Breakfast was the only thing, all food was wrapped like it was at a connivence store. Great area by hospital to walk the dogs. Walked to the Tap Room for dinner. Dog friendly with outside patio.

We left a coat in the room, but when i called them, 3 times because they said they'd call me back but never did, they couldn't find it. How could they not find it, it was in the closet. I'm sure the cleaning staff took it. That doesn't say much about their employees.
We asked for an extra luggage holder, but the desk employee didn’t know what that was or where to look for one. The room was okay and the location was great for what we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants. We are from Oregon, so the highlight was eating at Cracker Barrel, lol.
The property was nice, clean, and seemed relatively new. There was access to various places to eat.
The bad part my family and I experienced was that our room was not ready upon arrival, which was booked weeks in advance. So after a long day on flights (beginning at 4am) we had no choice but to sit in the lobby and wait\sleep almost 1&1/2 hrs till our room was ready. Then the room was too small for our party of 3 people. The manager present(Allyson I think) showed no sense of urgency to get us into a room, she actually left the property while we were in the lobby resting and waiting on our room. Athhough the night staff (Clay & Dominique) were absolutely awesome. They actually worked diligently at getting us into a room. Overall the experience was not good at all, but Clay & Dominique didall they could with the limited staff and resources available.
