"I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great."

"Great hotel. Very cool decor and very friendly staff!"

"We stayed in the Victorian Room. It was spotlessly clean. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, shower robes. Staff was great. They were right there when we needed them. Make sure to look at the paintings by Luke. Special note: Breakfast was above and beyond."

"Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk."

"The property was very clean. The staff was excellent. Everything was well maintained nice place to stay."

"Location and parking was good for us. Didn’t like no microwave or coffee pot in room. Coffee bar was a little expensive but good."

"Loved everything about this place!"

"The beds were comfortable and it was steps away from the Sprint Center. So location was perfect. I like to sleep in a cold room and this was the first room in a LONG time that actually got down to the temperature I set on the thermostat. Pillows were also very comfortable. Lots of hotels go cheap on the pillows."

"I really enjoyed this hotel. It was centrally located and allowed me ten minute walks to two specific places I was wanting to see. It was also close to the 6 mile trolly line which made it easy to access. The hotel was laid out nicely so it was always easy to find my room. It was very clean. I wish the restaurant menu and costs were available on their website or in the rooms. I would highly recommend AC Marriott downtown Kansas City, Missouri."

"We had the Presidential Suite. My husband has mobility issues and we knew we would spend a fair amount of time in the hotel. This 1400 plus square foot space was a beautiful gift! We thought it was reasonably priced for that beautiful space."

"Clean rooms & friendly staff."
