"HVAC was quiet."

"near by shopping area and restaurant."

"The dinner food sucks. The spa/pool is fantastic . Location in the middle of nowhere but convenient for business travellers"

"Staff were lovely. Had a long drive and arrived on the cutoff for ordering dinner, but thankfully the staff were kind enough to still let us order. "Second visit & once again really nice stay. Will use again"

"We were very late checking in (11pm) and had to be on our way at 8am, so shortest ever hotel stay for us. Hotel is in a good location, to the west of Newbury. Check in went smoothly and I understand our rooms were upgraded, which we greatly appreciated - the air con especially. Bed was super comfy, spare pillows in wardrobe (which we always appreciate), there were plenty of hot drink options in room and body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion available in bathroom which...
