"It was a decent hotel for a couple of days. The AC seems really outdated and couldn't maintain the rooms temperature very well. I had to wait to check in because there was no one at the front desk, then when I needed to check out there was also no one at the front desk."

"We love this hotel, we come twice a year for Ren Fair. The staff is so kind and helpful. They really make it a good experience. Our rooms are clean! Only complaint was the AC unit squeaked and was a bit annoying. "

"The lady that checked us in was wonderful. The room was very clean and spacious. However, breakfast/service was terrible. We went down for breakfast literally 15 minutes after they opened. There were only a few people there at the time. The buffet was completely out of bacon, potatoes and sausages and what was left of the eggs were very dried . Others came in behind me and we waited 20 minutes for the bacon and even longer for the sausage patties. I never saw anyone bring out potatoes. During the 20+ minutes I and others were waiting. Some folks peeked in the back to see if anyone was there working. It later appeared as if the same person responsible for preparing the food was also working the front desk. As I had an early departure, I finally gave up and left. Definitely needs improvement."

"Air conditioning was good kept this cool all of our trip we went to the Renaissance fair in the area.It was so much fun. Staff was super friendly and nice. Wish I had seen more of them at late at night. Had a couple issues. I went to go address but they weren’t there, but that’s to be expected. Bed was comfy. Everything was clean for the most part did find a few things like behind the bed on the floor left by previous people overall was a good experience. Would definitely do it again best place to stay in the immediate area, definitely gonna be returning for Ren fair and fall fest"

"Staff on duty when we checked in couldn't get the keys set up properly. Had to hand walk both my group and another to their room to let them in. There was no silverware at breakfast, no towels in the pool. The air conditioning unit had a bright flashing light that strobed all hours. Overall this is what I would have expected from a low cost motel not what I've come to expect for this brand. Will not be booking this location again. "
