"This place has a distinct "hostel" vibe, and a primarily 20-something clientele. As a middle-aged person I felt a bit out of place. However, it's clean, the staff are professional and friendly, and the facilities are cute. Great breakfast and bar, too! "The Hendricks hotel was situated just a short walk from Centraal station and in an ideal location for access to all the city offers. The breakfast buffet was superb, staff were friendly and helpful and they have bikes on site that we rented 2x. I would definitely stay there again!!"

"Beautifully situated between a park and a canal, the hotel is still within walking distance from the central train station. The restaurant and bar were both great, and the staff was helpful and friendly. My single room was small but well equipped, and the bathroom was modern. I am hoping for a chance to stay there again."

"Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments are very well designed, making great use of space. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, well equipped kitchen, lots of storage. We felt very much at home here. Great location just a short walk from Centraal Station, across the road from one of the free Amsterdam Noord ferries, central Amsterdam spots all walking distance and tram/ train/ metro nearby for anywhere further afield. "What we like the most about this hotel is the size of the room, it’s generous size if comparing with other 3 stars hotels. Location wise is brilliant and in walking distance approx 15-18mins to those canals (if you like to walk). But what I dislike this hotel is the house keeping services that they don’t provide room cleaning daily, house keepers only came to clean the toilets and changed the fresh towels daily. However, I still recommend to stay here if you visit Amsterdam."
