"We had a great stay here. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. Walking distance to many historic sites. I would definitely recommend."

"The sprinkler system in our room malfunctioned and flooded not only our room but 20 others. To make matters worse, this happened while I was getting dressed on my graduation day. The entire hotel was evacuated. As a result, I had to drive 2 hours to Scranton for my ceremony half naked as all of my clothes were soaked. I was forced to buy all new clothes and get changed in a public parking lot. Additionally, I was the graduation speaker for my class. The malfunction at the hotel extremely delayed our arrival. Parking is ran by a third party which was not disclosed before we arrived. This created an inconvenience as the staff were incredibly rude and inattentive. I paid good money for what I was hoping to be a time to remember. Now that we are flying home, I look forward to forgetting a huge portion of this trip. I am hopeful that the Windsor Suites will do something the remedy such a poor experience."
