"Hotel entrance look fantastic but rooms were kind of outdated. Location is perfect, walking distance to subway stations and most tourist destinations. There was a mandatory destination fee applicable daily to selected food/beverage and a couple complimentary activities but were not really explained by the front desk. Although they gave a paper to read about it, it would be better customer service to explain what it is and how can you use and maximize the fee. And also to direct you where you can check ahead about the availability of complimentary activities. "

"Lovely hotel nearby Penn station which is perfect for train to JFK and Newark airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and refreshed everyday. We came with daughter partner and 2 young children and the staff ensured we had rooms next to each other. And, as always, the free arrival cookies are amazing lol"

"Dissapointed in this hotel. Had expected better. Stained carpets. Only one lift out of 2 working thoughout our stay, 3 nights. This led to over 10 minute waits at times. Staff advised on check in that it would be fixed the day after check in then on our last day were heard to tell other guests it had broken the day before with kids jumping in it? Not ideal in a 20 story hotel. "

"Staff were very helpful. Room and vibe were fun and water pressure was amazing!! We could barely sleep though because the room was 80 degrees and the AC seemed to barely work/broken"
