Best value for the price

Very good location. Quiet green place only 15 min walking distance from the Beach and 10 min tram ride from the city centre. Cleanliness is at too level. Most importantly very friendly and helpful host.

Everything was perfect, but the room was very hot because it was on the top floor and there was no cooling system. The staff was very friendly. The property was clean.
