"The residence is hard to find, they need to put better instructions on the check in details. Signs at the college are hard to read especially at night Rooms were what I expected, howver the cleaners need to be supervised a little better. Counters and touch points are not being cleaned. Rings and dirt on the bedside tables. I used Lysol wipes to wipe everything down when checking in...I do this with all my hotel rooms I stay at. "The young man that works the front desk needs training how to talk to costumers. He was snippy, full of attitude..didn’t crack a smile. We are not the only ones that noticed, as had a chat with others while walking down the hallway."

"The room was clean and lots of parking available. We had some noisy neighbours in the room next to us, it was also an adjoining room so not sure if the sound travels more in those rooms, this was no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was not good, in our opinion and we found the eggs and sausages were really overcooked."
