"Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and...

"Always a wonderful stay."

"The night shift front desk was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home every early morning, Making sure we had fresh coffee and friendly conversation. All the workers down to the best drivers where great but the night shift front desk stood out so mush we will be back for the personal service we received thank you for the absolute above service we received."

"Bartender Dee was awsome. She made us feel very welcome and gave us advice on how to get around town to all the sights."

"Todo estaba excelente muy limpio y el desayuno muy bueno"

"Sin muchas opciones el desayuno"

"Window unit was pretty loud. The staff was nice. I did not have any trouble checking in. The outside was lovely!"

"Our room was right above the main street of Broadway. The outdoor noise was so bad that we would wake up multiple times each night of our stay. Management should consider installation of noise cancelling windows."

"Nice hotel, but we arrived right at 4 for check in and there were no rooms available. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get into our rooms. Also the parking is terrible. There is parking for the hotel across the street which costs $29 a night, but when we tried getting a spot, they informed us the parking lot was completely booked. So we had to pay $52 a night for valet parking, where they park your vehicle across the street in the same “booked parking lot.” I just thought that was a total...

"The worst hotel I’ve ever been in! It’s a family business hotel the lady at the front desk was SUPER disrespectful so I gave her the same attitude she gave me, THE ROOM SMELL LIKE MARIHUANA, The TV did NOT WORK, The walls were disgustingly stained, The couch Was stained as well what it looked like it was blood, and who knows what else, The Toilet plugged when we flushed it down, Everything was old, furniture was horrible. DEFINITELY save your money I’ve stayed once in a Motel 6 By emergency and...

"The front desk staff were super polite & friendly."

"get the roaches gone this is a 10/10 spot."

"Quick access and convenience to downtown while being trendy and clean!"

"The house was impressive on the outside when we arrived. Once inside, the initial impression was good. As we checked things out, though, we found some things that we were not happy with. The fan in Master bedroom did not work. The remote control had corroded batteries in it. I did find a new battery in a drawer and tried to make it work, but it never did. The floor in Bath 2 was very soft and sunken right in front of the bathtub and there was a gap between the bathtub and the floor. We did...
