The building was nice and kept clean. The one thing that I notice right from the beginning was the friendly service, kind courtesy. We got welcomed every time we came back to the hotel. They went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed whether it was towels or just information. I highly recommend it and will for sure be back!

Super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and a pretty walkable area! This is always our choice hotel when we're in town for San Japan. It's not too long of a walk to the convention center + this property has everything we need. Zero complaints every time :)

The doorman in the driveway, a jovial dark haired heavy set man working Thursday and Saturday nights and possibly Friday. He made me and my sister Darlene feel welcome in San Antonio. He is a great asset to the hotel. All the staff down to the young man trying to mop the floors and I kept getting in his way . He was kind and respectful. All the staff were great. The only drawback was the hot tub was cold all three nights and that was our main reason for selecting your establishment. Everything else was good though

The Staff was polite and professional. The location is very close to the Alamo and a few blocks from the Riverwalk. There are restaurants, gift shops and a Starbucks within a few blocks from the Hotel. The room my husband and I stayed in was clean and large with plenty of extra space. My only complaint was the continental breakfast. The oatmeal and eggs were cold. I would recommend a better variety of food items for your guests. Offer fresh fruits, bacon, sausage, turkey bacon, biscuits, gravy with sausage or grits. I am sure you can’t please everyone with the food options, but you can explore other options. Thank you, C.R.S.C
