"This is my first one-star review and it is very valid.
I have stayed many times at this property and understand its location and proximity to the hospital.
I have always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable.
The front desk staff are your biggest issue. The are lazy and often distracted and the desk is often empty.
On my check in day, I called ten times and no answer,
I then had Expedia call the property and no answer.
I sent an email and no reply.
There is no way a guest can check in...

"Great Family Stay at Aspire Melbourne with Excellent Facilities
Pros:
Room & Amenities: Perfect size for a family. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent kitchenware and a dishwasher. Having an all-in-one washer and dryer inside the room was super convenient.
The View: Beautiful night view of the Ferris wheel lit up.
Facilities: Complete amenities including a heated pool, sauna, steam room, and a well-equipped fitness/weight room (compact but has a good variety).
Location: Great spot near...
